All payments are processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe.
By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:
you are authorized to use the payment method provided;
the payment information is accurate and current;
you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amount for your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order in our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing errors, or payment issues.
We offer a 7-day refund period from the date of purchase for eligible purchases, including certifications, unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific offer.
After the 7-day refund period has expired, all sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

All content made available through our websites, products, programs, certifications, memberships, and services—including but not limited to videos, manuals, workbooks, assessments, downloads, frameworks, text, graphics, branding, trademarks, service marks, and digital materials—is owned by The LEM Group LLC and/or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you by your purchase or use of our materials.
